Oracle Phase 2 – Block C – Base Build & Fit Out

A 54,000 sq. ft design and build contract to deliver new office space. This block had a live Data Centre serving the campus that had to be maintained at positive pressure with strict security, dust and vibration controls throughout the project lifecycle. Full envelope refurbishment with new curtain walling, limestone cladding and entrance. New retail café, rotating climbing wall and interactive classroom complete with full audio-visual capabilities.

mac has been contracted by Oracle to renovate and upgrade multiple blocks in the Eastpoint campus for the company’s growing employee base in Dublin. Works have included structural enhancements, façade replacements, plant strip out and full mechanical & electrical installations. New restaurant, gym and exercise facilities with state of the art audio visual and meeting space. Smart buildings with intelligent BMS with two buildings achieving LEED Platinum accreditations.
