Bids Coordinator and Writer

We are currently recruiting an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic Bids Coordinator with strong written/digital communication skills. The successful candidate will be joining an established marketing structure, reporting to the Proposals Manager and working across all departments within a fast-growing company.

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for writing & completing high quality tender documents and assisting in the general management of tender responses.
You will also be responsible for leading and managing specific sections of tender submissions as appropriate.
You will possess an in-depth knowledge of Construction and Fit out methodology, excellent technical writing, communication and IT skills. InDesign is an advantage.
-Prepare and produce Prequalification and Tender submissions
-Acquire required supporting bid information
-Coordinate pre-construction team
-Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create bespoke responses suited to clients requirements
-Develop and maintain a library of information and responses for PQQ/Tender submissions
-Update CRM System
-Obtain feedback on all submissions to ensure continuous improvement
-Have the ability to read and understand tender documentation issued by design team
-Be familiar with Public Works Contract tender documentation
-Have technical writing experience
-Possess great attention to detail
-Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of writing bids within a construction related environment.
This is a full-time role within a very successful and progressive company with plenty of scope for development. Remuneration will be comprised of a basic salary with quarterly metrics-based bonuses.
