Oracle Block B – Phase 1 – Base Build & Fit Out

With the completion of Block B, mac achieved our first ever LEED Platinum Certification, the highest certification a project can achieve. This project included a full Cat A and Cat B refurbishment. This included an installation of a new structural steel and balustrades for a staircase. Installation of new raised access floor throughout the project. 

Projects Works:

• Strip out of two existing buildings, over 3 floors and combine into one.
• Upgrade of Façade.
• Replacement of roofing membrane and installation of living roof.
• Strip out and replace all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
• Convert external atrium areas to internal with new glazed roof.
• State of the art auditorium and office facilities.

Oracle multiple projects:

mac has been contracted by Oracle to renovate and upgrade multiple blocks in the Eastpoint campus for the company’s growing employee base in Dublin. Works have included structural enhancements, façade replacements, plant strip out and full mechanical & electrical installations. A new restaurant, gym and exercise facilities with state of the art audio visual and meeting space. Smart buildings with intelligent BMS with two buildings achieving LEED Platinum accreditations.
