Jazz Pharmaceuticals chose mac for this office refurbishment at Waterloo Exchange. As mac had completed an extensive CAT A landlord upgrade for Davy on this building, the team’s knowledge of the plenum spaces and building services came into play for this CAT B tenant fit out, alongside the relationships that had developed in the course of the works with the existing retail and office tenants.
The project posed the typical challenges associated with a very tight programme and high quality expectations over 2 phases.
