Harman House General Mills CAT A & CAT B

CAT A landlord strip-out & reinstatement with a full reception remodel, refurbishment of common areas, sanitary cores and lift car at Harman House, Uxbridge, Middlesex. The projects success resulted in mac being awarded the CAT B tenant fit out for General Mills.

This project was completed in 2 phases, the first being the CAT A fit out completed in early 2014, and the second being the CAT B fit out completed in March 2015.

The project included:

• Lift lobbies
• Bathrooms
• New M&E services – air handling, fan coil units, lighting and new mechanical plant located on the roof.
• New raised access floor was fitted throughout with floor coverings
• Acoustic glazed partitions
• Solid American walnut doors
• Cafe
• Break out areas
• A full data install
• Comms room
• Hub rooms
