A total of £8m was invested in Harman House by an institutional investor to regenerate the 4 floors tenanted by General Mills.
mac interiors carried out this comprehensive refurbishment over 45 weeks in a fully live and operational building. With a team including Linesight, Barr Gazetas and TAP Consulting. The project was completed in 2 phases, the first completed in early 2014, and the second completed in March 2015.
The contract combined CAT A landlord strip-out & reinstatement with CAT B tenant fit out. Works carried out on lift lobbies, bathrooms, and tenant floors included new M&E services – air handling, fancoil units, lighting and new mechanical plant located on the roof. A new raised access floor was fitted throughout with floor coverings, acoustic glazed partitions, solid American walnut doors and cafe/breakout areas. A full data install was completed with new comms room and hub rooms.
mac-interiors are proud to have worked with this team, client and tenant on both phases of this project.
