CAT B refurbishment for drink giants Diageo. The project was located on the 3rd floor in Capital House, Belfast. This project was carried out over a fast-track 7 week programme.

The project works included:

• Specialist joinery
• Glass partitions
• BeSpoke soft furnishes
• High spec Mechanical & Electrical package
• Open plan office space
• 144 workstations
• A social canteen area
• Break out discussion pods
• Specialised quiet rooms
• One to one meeting rooms
