Also to be remembered is that Diageo is the known guardian of the iconic Guinness brand. mac-interiors have just completed a high end fit out at Diageo’s Belfast office. We think it’s safe to say that Brendan and John have a mutual admiration for each others’ work! CBRE acted as Project Manager, Professional Quantity Surveyor and Architect on this refurbishment project to 3rd floor, Capital House, Belfast. This project was carried out over a fast-track 7 week programme.
