In an organisation that is now growing as steadily as mac-interiors it is even more important to keep the lines of communication open. It was with this in mind that we held our Inaugural Town Hall Event at the end of July. The purpose of the Town Hall was to bring all the team together from the different locations, and allow them the opportunity to communicate, exchange ideas and views, and participate in the formulation of strategies for carrying out the mission and vision of the company.
And when the forum was drawn to a close, there was a requirement for standing in a big field in Swords shooting at things. So off to Balheary Shooting with the whole lot of us in a bus. (No beer was allowed on the way out.) Kieran Donnelly and Stephen Reid proved to be crack shots and the craic was mighty at Ely Gastrobar later too, with some team members continuing the shots until the wee hours!
