mac-interiors hosted over 20 clients from London, Dublin and Belfast at the recent Irish Open in Royal County Down. The group attended a blustery, wintry Irish Open. Where the world’s elite golfers battled in a heroic attempt to tame the monster that is Royal County Down. The challenging nature of the course combined with the inclement weather is reflected in the winning score of just -2.
With PGA Pro David Higgins on hand for one-on-one tuition, the group spent the afternoons putting into practice the techniques witnessed at the Open. Playing the most impressive and challenging courses Northern Ireland has to offer: Kilkeel, Greenore and Warrenpoint. The guests also played for the Carlingford Claret Jug and raised €3000.00 which was donated to the winner’s charity of choice Newry Hospice. PGA Professional David Higgins presented the charity cheque and Claret Jug to overall winner Paul McKenna. #TEAMmac #givingback
