mac-interiors are on site in 2 Grand Canal Plaza to undertake the complete strip out of 5 floors of this building totalling 42k sq ft. Working with a team of consultants comprising G&T, BKD Architects, Axiseng, AECOM, Maurice Johnson.
The works being carried out include structural steel modifications, where the first floor will be cut back to create a double-height void. Other works include:

Following an escape of water event, mac interiors have been contracted to complete rainwater leak flood damage reinstatement works in the Libeskind-designed 2, Grand Canal Square. Mac will be working with a team of consultants comprising MDO Architects, AECOM, Lafferty, ARUP, Linesight, MSA, and the client, Ramford Ltd. The works are all to be undertaken over 8 floors of in an occupied building. Landlord enabling works will also be carried out for William Fry Solicitors.
