Solas (formerly Fás) are consolidating their space requirements into smaller, more efficient accommodation in Castleforbes House, Mayor Street. The panoramic views from this building are of a developing, regenerating Dublin; a bright new Dublin that is reflected in the workspace. mac-interiors worked with Solas, Riverside Holdings, Linesight, Ethos and RKD to bring the design to fruition with extensive works over 4 floors comprising:

> Works to existing raised access floors and ceiling grids/tiles
>Suspended ceilings
> M&E Installation
> IT Infrastructure Installation
> Fire alarm, security, life safety support signage
> Floors installation
> Finishes and decoration
> Doors and ironmongery
> Specialist joinery – reception desk, tea stations, kitchens, print stations and bespoke credenzas
Major demolitions were required at all floor levels to facilitate the completion of the fit out works, and carried out with due consideration and respect for residential tenants in adjoining apartment buildings.
