Maples and Calder is a leading International law firm. Their Irish office is in 75 St. Stephen’s Green, where mac-interiors are currently carrying out an extensive landlord services upgrade. Maples are occupying 2 floors in the building, and their growth has necessitated a third, so they are expanding into the impressive 6th floor space which offers stunning views of St. Stephen’s Green, and across the city. As mac-interiors have been working very closely with this tenant to overcome the challenges associated with working in a occupied building.
We have now built a solid relationship of trust which has led to mac-interiors’ appointment as Main Contractor on their new, 6th floor space.This project has a tight turnaround time, and we have allocated a completely separate team to the fit out. The project will benefit from obvious synergies arising from having mac-interiors carrying out the landlord works simultaneously. We are working on a team of consultants comprising ODA Architecture, O’Byrne Jenkins, and EDP. Looking forward to posting some great pictures of the this impressive workplace when it’s finished.
