Green Properties awarded the contract for this €2.2m project to mac interiors and the works included a combination of CAT A strip out and also CAT B fit out works for their tenant, HSE. Works were carried out on 6 floors of this landmark building in Heuston South Quarter, 39k square feet.
The project incorporated a full M&E upgrade, alongside new floors, ceilings, glass partitions and fire-proofing to existing steel. Our existing client, AOL, are also tenants on two floors of this building. Mac interiors took care to ensure that their activities were not disrupted and there was minimum disruption. The consultant team included Reddy Architecture and Linesight.
