Our London office has also recently expanded its reach into Wales at Swansea University. The commencement of the fit out of the First Floor of the Great Hall will provide a state of the art Classical / Concert auditorium and Conference venue within the new £450M Bay Campus. The project within the Great Hall is the centrepiece at Swansea University’s new Bay Campus, being developed by St. Modwen. When complete will encompass in excess of 1million sq ft of commercial and residential space for students.
This will be a landmark project for our London office.
