mac-interiors completed a fast track 32,000 sq ft CAT A fit out in London’s Blackfriars. The project was logistically challenging due to access constraints around the building however with careful planning this was overcome.
Designed by Fletcher Priest, the £3.1 million project was completed in 22 weeks and included full sash window refurbishment, new curtain walling to the 6th floor, raised access flooring throughout, tiling of new toilet cores, lift refurbishment, new reception area stone, mechanical and electrical installation.
