mac-interiors are proud to announce another imminent Abbvie office fit out. A continuation of our excellent working relationship with Abbvie, the project is in Zwolle in The Netherlands this time. The office will be 18k sq. ft. on the 5th floor of Building 53 with panoramic views over the city. The offices will be the new Abbvie NL Dutch Headquarters.
This Design and Build project will comprise space planning and local authority permit and approvals, new drywall and glass partitions, joinery, mechanical, electrical and data installations, security enhancements, specialist joinery to meeting and conference rooms, decorations and soft flooring throughout as well as specialist fixed and loose furniture.
It will be a compact 11-week programme as client occupation is scheduled for the end of November 2014. Our team, led by Ulrick Korenberg and Horst Weigel, with our design partner Hylco Wijbenga of Ideal Projects will deliver this fast track project. This project highlights the growth of mac-interiors’ presence in Northern Europe and we are very excited to see the finished job!
