Oracle are redeveloping a new office block in East Point Business Park for their employees. When the offices are complete they will come with a rotating climbing wall, a Starbucks café and an interactive classroom facility. It will be a cool environment that is flexible to a diverse workforce so that productivity and creativity can thrive.
Right now these offices are full of mini diggers, jackhammers, shovels and pouring concrete.
So when does it become a creative collab space? It already is! Amid the dusty boots and drilling, something cool and inspirational is happening.
mac are collaborating with many different stakeholders including Oracle themselves, Meehan Associates, JVT, Hardy Partnership, TOTP Architects and PMEP, we are drawing on our capabilities to construct the unique features that Oracle require and we are finding innovative solutions to this project’s challenges – such as maintaining live services to the data centre, comms room and existing Starbucks.
