Senior Quantity Surveyor

Duties include:

• Quality control and systems commissioning essential
• Commercially responsible for projects up to a value of €30 million
• Cost control and management of sub-contractors
• Ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Ensuring client relationships are maintained throughout commercial negotiation

• Excellent communication and PC skills, strong attention to detail, capable of managing pricing, estimating and preparing cost analysis
• Ability to work across all construction sectors
