Payroll & Expense Analyst

Due to a reorganisation within our Finance Team, to support the continued growth of the business, we have a great opportunity for a Payroll & Expense Analyst to build upon their skills by joining an experienced and well-established customer focused team, where they will be given the support and opportunity to develop their skills.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and results-focused, and will join our finance team, based in our Newry HQ office.

The Role

• Operational management of a multi-jurisdictional payroll and staff expense reimbursement functions
• Ongoing assistance and support to ensure the timely submissions of all payroll tax filings and payments
• Administration of pension and healthcare schemes
• Liaising with tax authorities as and when required

The Candidate

• Strong payroll knowledge required
• Highly personable. Team player. Open to sharing knowledge and skills
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify problems and offer solutions
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work to competing demands
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
