Trident House – Full Landlord Refurbishment 

Project Overview

A full landlord refurbishment of Trident House. All floors have open-plan floorplates while the double-height reception area and lobby were redeveloped to have a contemporary feel.

Project Works

• The new spec included raised access floors
• Exposed ceilings with acoustic treatment to the slab
• Automatic lighting control system
• Air conditioning
• Two eight-person lifts and toilet/shower facilities

Façade works to the building were also undertaken including window replacement.
