Starwood

mac-group completed a dynamic, high end fit out for Starwood capital comprising a new reception and lobby area to No. 75  St. Stephens Green. Upgrade of finishes to the main reception lobby which included new tiled flooring, reception desk, and metal mesh wall paneling along with new lift car finishes and external signage. The client for this project at 75 St Stephen’s Green is Starwood.

We previously worked with Starwood on the Iveagh Court project which was a 62,000 sq ft Cat A fit out of an occupied building. Read more about this project here.

The client PM is JLL who we have worked with on previous projects including Optum in Donegal and as a result of that relationship this projected was negotiated. The reception remained live for the duration of  the works, with temporary pedestrian routes set out for the building occupiers at the time.
