Project Overview

Complete refurbishment of this family run hotel which is located next to the Aviva Stadium.

Project works

Works involved the complete demo and strip out of 100 bedrooms over 6 floors with associated full refurbishment of corridor and reception areas. The basement areas were fully excavated and rebuilt to form modern conference and meeting room facilities.

Of particular note was the fact that all works were undertaken under an intensely co- ordinated programme agreed in advance with the Hotel Management & Owners, to ensure that large portions of the Hotel remained in full service during the extensive remodelling to honour existing reservation commitments.
