CAT B fit out across one floor for Salesforce Sandyford.

The project involved modifications and additions to the existing MEP services to the client’s ‘Ohana’ global specification. The installation included relocation of existing FCU’s and associated services and the installation of new FCU’s, cross talk attenuators, fire dampers and cavity barriers to suit the new design layout.

 

Project works

  • Both private and open plan offices.
  • Canteen and dining facilities.
  • State of the art meeting and conference rooms and AV installation bespoke to the clients global standards and needs.
  • Fully integrated lighting control, and a bespoke CCTV and access control systems networked to the clients global network.
  • All services were integrated into the clients existing main server room on the 3rd floor.
  • Works were carried out with existing tenants above and below.

 

The project was also successfully delivered early and within budget to the client’s satisfaction.
