The construction of a new office space and external car park, all spanning 115,174 sq. ft. The project comprised of six floors (with no basement) featuring a 21.5m atrium, roof mounted external plant, a permeable car park for 180 cars and photo voltaic cycle storage.

The building’s structure consisted of a steel frame with floors constructed of metal decking with structural concrete screed. The project also included external structures to form a link bridge to the existing Ryanair office. The façade is a combination of curtain walling (stick system), aluminium cladding and punch windows. All lift cores, stairwells and toilet areas on each floor were fully fitted out to a very high standard.

After construction mac completed a fit out of approximately 25% of the office area. Along with external works and a car park.

Thanks to you and your team for an excellent job of work on the Airside Green Building, which we understand has been practically now completed.

We are pleased to see that this development came in almost on budget, albeit somewhat delayed due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, we were impressed with your team and we enjoyed working with them.
