Phase 2. Consists of 1 No. crèche unit plus 48 No. detached & semi-detached two storey dwelling units & associated site works. (Road, Drainage, Utilities, Landscaping & Play Ground Areas)

mac brought a ‘fit out philosophy’ to Respond Housing Project Carrickmacross to minimise snags and save time and costs.The mac project director employed Shell and Core specialists to bring the houses to Grey Box stage. Then used a local specialist subcontractor to carry out the fit out of each unit in a single phase.
