The first building fit out is complete at Optum with two more to go. It was a challenging programme working with many new subcontractors and suppliers in a new location.

Project works

• Demo of existing fit out and toilet cores
• Full M&E install
• Installation of glazed partitions and ceilings
• A new folding wall
• Bespoke joinery units
• Tea stations throughout
• Raised access flooring
• The install of a full canteen fit out was also facilitated during the programme for the client

The mac team completed another successful delivery with the Handover of Building 3 for Optum, Letterkenny. The local Optum / UHG team today passed on their praise to the team for the high quality and standard of the new addition to the Campus.
