mac was selected to complete significant alterations and refurbishments for our Client Hibernia Reit on both One Dockland Central and Two Dockland Central
One Dockland Central
This involved the strip out of 3 floors within the building back to ‘grey box’ and major upgrades to the landlord areas. All the works were undertaken within a live situation whereby existing tenants continued to operate as normal. Following completion of the works for Hibernia Reit we also carried out a CAT B fit out for Hubspot on two floors.
Two Dockland Central
The works consisted of carrying out a complete strip out of all finishes back to ‘grey box’ for 6 floors of this building. In addition, we carried out major structural alterations to the entrance area creating a double height space and replaced all lift cars. Complete new M&E installation was completed to the landlord areas with major upgrades to lift lobbies and toilets and the installation of a feature staircase within the atrium. As with One Dockland Central all these works were completed whilst tenants continued to operate within the building.
