The project works include:

• First floor office CAT B fit out including data and furniture
• Ground Floor Canteen construction and fit out including M & E, data and furniture
• Racking installation
• Full sprinkler installation to warehouse roof and in racks
• Heat, ventilation, and air conditioning for temperature controller warehouse environment
• Warehouse temperature monitoring system
• High bay LED warehouse lighting installation
• Vesda fire detection system to warehouse
• Full external and internal CCTV installation
• Perimeter fencing including control and automation
• Electricity generator installation for full systems back up
