Havas – Stephen’s Green, Dublin

CAT B Office fit out to the 2nd and 3rd floors to the Wythe building for Havas.

The project included:

• Full new CAT B fit out with works to include M&E adjustments
• New meeting rooms
• Open plan workspaces
• Glazed partitions
• New floor finishes and specialist joinery throughout.

Works on the Havas project, a truly colourful and vibrant fit out are progressing very well. As with any project, working in a live office space has its difficulties but continually liaising with the existing tenants and building staff has ensured a smooth operation to date. Phase one of the project (2nd & 3rd floor) was successfully handed over to a delighted client on the 15th November 2019. These floors were completed in just 5 weeks, to allow the client to occupy, prior to eventual handover of phase two (Ground floor/Reception) in early January 2020.
