Design and Build London project for the Entertainment Centre

Project Works 

• Including over-cladding of the front entrance
• Forming new entrance steps and ramps, enclosing second floor terrace area
• Re-roofing of both towers and refurbishment and opening up of the mall area inclusive of all necessary associated works
• Maintaining the operations of a live multi-tenanted entertainment centre has been a key challenge to this project which the team have mitigated through the phasing of works to ensure that pedestrian flow is consistently maintained
