Project Overview

CAT A landlord renovation and Cat B tenant fit out of Blocks 5, 6 and 7 at Irish Life Centre on Abbey Street.

Refurbishment included demolition and strip out of existing fixtures, fittings, finishes, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment , removal of existing glazing and replacement with new system, the installation of a new raised access floor, all new ceilings, new partitions, new doors, new floor and wall finishes, new sanitary ware, new mechanical & electrical installations, cleaning and repair works to external elevations including facades.

In addition a tenant fit-out was be carried out in tandem with the Landlord Works which included the installation of new cellular offices, new doors, tea stations, comms room, new mechanical and electrical installations.
