Hubspot Dublin Office Refurbishment

CAT B refurbishment on 27,000 sq. ft. over 2 floors at Hubspot’s Dublin Office.

The project work included:

• New Reception
• State of the art conferencing rooms
• Collaboration break-out spaces
• 2 canteen and bar areas
• Open plan desk areas, which will accommodate 286 workstations over the offices 2 floors
• Upgraded works to the landlord areas (staircases, lift lobbies and WC’s)

mac were also the main contractor for the One Dockland Central CAT A in which Hubspot occupied the 3rd and 4th floors.
