Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Refurbishment 

CAT B refurbishment across 2 floors in Trinity Plaza. The objective was to reconfigure the existing office space to increase desk numbers with new finishes and new specialist joinery installations including new tea stations. This project was completed over 3 phases while the client remained in the building.

The project work included:

• Small demolitions within existing office space
• Reconfiguration of an open plan office space and meeting rooms
• Installation of specialist joinery
• New floor and wall finishes throughout
