mac-group completed a CAT B office fit out and refurbishment for Hayes Solicitors Office at St Stephens Green House, 6 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. The project works comprised of demolition works, alterations to the existing M&E and data along with a new CAT B installation.

The project works included:

• Waiting Area
• Boardroom / Training Room
• Meeting Room
• Tea Station
• Canteen Seating Area
• Phone-booths
• Open Plan Work Space.
• Cloakroom
• Deeds room
• Lift Lobby, Toilet, Archive Corridor and Boardroom Refurbishment
