Cat B commercial interior fit out for the financial services Headquarters for fin tech company Fenergo at their Dublin office at Ormond House, Ormond Quay, Dublin 7.

mac previously completed the CAT A Landlord re-instatement of this office space.

The CAT A project works included:

• Air conditioning system
• Perimeter power and data throughout
• Lighting and fire alarm
• Ceiling grid
• Upgrade to the toilet cores, the building’s reception area and the lift lobbies
• Replacement of defective external glazing
• New roof membrane
• Remedial works to basement car park
• Followed by the tenant CAT B office fit out for Fenergo
