Dockline Fitout

The Dockline fitout project involved the design and construction of a CAT A and B fitout for our client, covering levels 1, 2, 3, and 5 of a 53,777 sq. ft. building. The scope included 412 open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, huddle rooms, living rooms, multipurpose rooms, a café area, pantry, games areas, and storage rooms.

The project also involved mechanical and electrical design, including the installation of new FCUs, ductwork, and pipework.

The electrical design scope included the construction of 1 MDF room and 3 IDF rooms, coordination with Workday’s key vendors, and the integration of specialist vendors into the construction process.

As a Design & Build contractor, mac-group managed the two-stage procurement process, providing proactive advice across all disciplines and working in an occupied building while completing CAT B Fit Out works for a client on the 4th Floor.
