The design and build CAT A landlord refurbishment on a tight schedule in a busy city centre location in London.

The works to this building improved the EPC Rating from E to B.

This project included:

• Building services upgrade
• Full replacement with new electrics throughout
• New VRF HVAC
• LED light fittings
• General improvements to the building envelope
• New lift
• Suspended ceilings throughout
• WCs were also installed as part of the refurbishment
• Enhanced glazing performance
• A major refresh of all components within retained existing frames – thereby minimising disturbance to the masonry envelope
