Demolition of existing building to create a new one which makes a positive architectural contribution to the character & appearance of the area with timber batten façade, Crittal style windows & brick plinth base to Ground floor.

The building will act as head office for Electoral Reform Society. New building doubles the existing Gross Internal Area & provides flexibility for future reconfiguration of floors & offers DDA compliance. This project was awarded a BREEAM Very Good rating.
