CAT B fit out for the headquarters of leading aircraft leasing company AWAS Aviation located at Block B, Riverside IV, Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2. This CAT B project spanned across two floors of Block B.

The project works included:

• Full Mechanical & Electrical upgrade
• A new raised access floor
• Suspended ceilings
• A feature 20 meter dropped fuselage ceiling over a staff think tank area
• BeSpoke partitions, joinery and decorations throughout
• Break out areas
• Restroom upgrade
• Reception upgrade
