Arthur Cox Headquarters Refurbishment

9,000 sq. ft office refurbishment, commercial fit out and M&E upgrade of the 7th floor headquarters for the Arthur Cox offices at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. The works on this project were carried out whilst the client remained in the building in adjoining areas.

The project works included:

• Full Mechanical & Electrical upgrade
• New reception
• Break out areas
• Folding walls
• Sound proofed partitions
• Coloured flared glazing
• Full decoration and joinery packages
• New executive prep kitchen
• Stone flooring throughout lobbies
