CAT B fit out of the corporate headquarters for leading specialist aircraft leasing company, Amedeo. This involved configuring a CAT A landlord space to suit client needs.  One of the main challenges mac encountered on this project was the installation of new lighting and the partial reconfiguration of other lights as it involved the extensive reshaping of the electrical installation – made a challenge by constrained and congested ceiling voids, requiring careful coordination of all existing services old and new.

This project included:

• Remodelling HVAC to suit a mixture of open plan and cellar office space
• New lighting and partial reconfiguration of other lights
• Specialist joinery
• More conventional elements including – flooring finishes and decoration
• New ceilings – standard and Premium ‘Optima’ glazed partitioning was used throughout
