Project Overview

mac-group have recently commenced works to deliver extensive refurbishment and extensions of existing buildings to a former printing works into commercial shell units in Digbeth, Birmingham by Oval Real Estate.

• The works will see alterations to the main façade on Floodgate Street and Heath Mill Lane which include new crittal style windows, new doors and roof replacement on all buildings with the installation of roof lights.
• Extensions of the three existing buildings include a new 3-storey extension and two single storey extensions.
• Works throughout the buildings will see replacement staircases, new partitions created, retention of columns and steelwork plus the inclusion of a secondary entrance that will open out onto the courtyard.
