Project Details

• Works began with the complete demolition over3 floors in the Harcourt Centre with swing spaces allocated to accomodate Travelers staff during the fitout works.
• Extensive Mechanical works consisted of the formation of an underfloor and over ceiling plenum to accommodate a fresh-air conditioning system supplemented by perimeter stand alone a/c units and full domestic plumbing.
• Electrical Works included full data rewire to CAT 6 standard, rewire of power & lighting, fire detection systems upgrades and full comms room UPS installation.
• Glazed perimeter management suites and boardrooms were also formed with full video conferencing and A/V facilities also included.
