Absolute Completion™

Absolute Completion™ is our unique process for the continual layering of quality standards; it is a methodology that has been developed by our teams; it is tailored to your unique deliverables; it is the basis of our value proposition.  It is our process for your project.

We have developed a formalised, structured process to manage the project from the pre-construction stage, through to handover, occupancy and beyond, causing minimal disruption to their staff and operations. We call this process Absolute Completion™.

To ensure that the Absolute Completion™ process is instigated and followed correctly we will meet with the client at the pre-construction stage to understand their needs and wants so that we can produce a project specific Absolute Completion™ Plan. From day one of the project we will create a zero defect culture and through collaborative working with the client and their professional team we will:

  • Implement our plan
  • Review and where necessary adjust the plan to achieve Absolute Completion™
  • Ensure that the client is aware of delivery issues that will affect PC
  • Provide sufficient resource to ensure timely completion of all outstanding items
  • Work with the new occupants to ensure minimum disruption

Regarding the general standard of the information provided I repeat my comment of yesterday in that these are possibly the best presented documents I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing and probably the nearest to 100% completion at P.C. that I’ve seen, well done to all concerned.
