The organizing office provides support from the initial client and sponsor/participant contact stage through to the management of the event and communication of the results.

Working in close collaboration with our marketing department and organizing office, the press office organizes press conferences, produces press packs/surveys and manages television rights in conjunction with WIGE MEDIA AG, ensuring the event being organized reaches the appropriate channels.
