"I Templari. Ultimo atto" ("The Templars. Last act") was a play put on at the open air theatre in Dolceacqua, in the province of Imperia, to mark the reopening of the Castello dei Doria castle following its restoration. The play shed light on the closing period in the history of the Knights Templar, focusing on the trial and persecution of the order at the beginning of the XIV century.
The cultural management and theatre company M.E.D.I'. Schegge di Mediterraneo entrusted the MAC Group with providing the sound, lighting and technical assistance for the event. The set was designed to create a suitable historical atmosphere within the spectacular setting of the Ligurian castle that towers above the old medieval town.
The MAC Group's Sets and Shows Division took care of the hire of all the sound and lighting equipment for the play, managed and coordinated the technical personnel, and directed the related works.
