Two days before the start of the event devoted to Ducatisti from all over the world, the outcome to date of the World Ducati Week appears extremely positive and the total presence of people at the Misano World Circuit could be close to 60,000: thousands of Ducatisti from all over the world have arrived and continue to arrive by the hour under the Misano sun. During the evenings of the event, the motorcyclists pour along the roads of the Romagnola Riviera, creating a tailback of all kinds of Desmo and Ducatista. A sea of people are watching with enthusiasm the spectacular performances of the riders of the Official Ducati Team, protagonists in various races, among them a direct elimination tackled by stars of the calibre of Nicky Hayden, Casey Stoner, Michel Fabrizio and Noriyuki Haga. The red crowd also has the opportunity of testing their own riding ability in track tests, which single participants had booked in the weeks preceding the event. There is great satisfaction among the organisers in the light of such a numerous turnout of participants and for the enthusiasm shown by the Ducatisti: as the general contractor of the World Ducati Week, the MAC Group has committed over 400 people to the production of the event; a team the resources of which, sub-divided into four distinct areas of development, relations, production and management, interface daily with the company, the participants and partners involved, for anything this great organisational machine may request.
