MAC Group, the head-mandatee of the Temporary Business Association to which the organisation of the Mille Miglia Commemoration race and the licence to use its brand have been ascribed, and Sixt Gmbh & Co. Autovermietung KG have signed a Main Sponsorship of the Event agreement valid until 2012. Sixt, world leader in the car hire and leasing services market, is supporting the Mille Miglia for the third consecutive year and confirms the consolidation of relations between Sandro Binelli, President of the MAC Group, and the Sixt family represented by Regine and Erich Sixt and sons Konstantin and Alexander. Each year, the group makes a fleet of service cars available to the organisation: in particular, for the 2010 Mille Miglia, the German company concluded an agreement with the prestigious manufacturer Jaguar for the supply of their cars. Collaboration between the MAC Group and Sixt was further confirmed by their partnership in the Coppa Milano-Sanremo Commemoration in 2010. The Sixt group, the holding company of which is quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, is also active in hotel and flight bookings via the Internet.
